Buggy and inefficient

I have to open and force quit the app a few times while trying to order a taxi. Their customer service requires too many steps to speak to someone that it makes it frustrating to try to solve much. Can’t add two stops so it’s always a conversation and when you don’t speak the language it’s harder. Not made for tourists. Hope the bugs get fixed soon.

Hi I visited northern Israel and thought I could try on this. Lol. I am stuck from where I started. It takes like 20 minutes to even realize there is no one.
