Poor Customer Service and App Glitches

Purchased coins that were never reflected in balance which still remains at zero. No response from App Developer after making them aware of the glitch and no refund. Not a happy camper ?

I was able to refund my money reporting the problem to Apple!! Ordered $6 worth of coins and they all disappear. I can’t seem to get a reply from their “customer service” either. Beware

You can earn coins or purchase them and run a campaign for new followers. I choose 1000 and monitored my IG account. This app stated I got 1000 new followers but only really got 468 plus half of them are bogus accounts. I would not recommend using this app it’s a waste!!!!!!

They havent fixed ot nor updated it in 3 months they don’t respond to your emails... if your trying to get likes than this app is fine but followers don’t bother... You’ll spend coins on followers and it’ll either not give you any at all or for example you asked for 500+ followers they will give you like 200/300 but out of nowhere it stops getting you followers... So do not spend real money on it... They don’t care to fix it clearly so thid gets a one star from md until they fix it, which they won’t its already been 3 MONTHS
