I keep on trying to open the app but it won’t let me it just takes me to my home screen?. ALSO it’s not my phone because I have the newest iPhone. UGHHHH ??

Every time I try to play it it lets me but after a few seconds it crashes. My phone is not that glitchy. It is also in good condition. Can you try and fix it crashing
