If you have not heard of Germbuster VR, it's the first Virtual Reality game with body motion-based input. In addition to the Google Cardboard, players can also use the RealControl system, the first hand tracking VR controller on the market that allow you to interact in the game. Players can build the RealControl system for FREE or order at http://www.realiteer.com/shop/
In GermBuster, "You" the player, are transported into an exciting new virtual world that you must clean-up by killing pesky germs. You are equipped with a state of the art virtual bubble gun and control the gun with you own hand!
Germs are spawned in waves and must be destroyed by shooting them with bubbles from the bubble gun. Avoid being slimed by germs and keep an eye on your high score!
You don't need high end VR equipment to enjoy interactive and immersive virtual reality. All you need is a piece of cardboard!
If you don't have a Cardboard or RealControl, you can still try it with Option >> VR Mode Off. And if you like it, build or buy a Cardboard + RealControl to have the full immersive experience.

Lots of fun! I haven't tried downloading the gun marker, but the app works very well with out it. It takes a bit getting used to but the object it seems is to keep coating the germs in bubbles. They will pop out of existence after awhile. But watch out, in the later stages they get bigger and even spit germs on you! The levels look great and the 3D scale is good. Some of the larger "germs" appear stretched (pixelly) but overall a very fun and engaging VR experience. Well done!

I love this app. I had the possibility to meet the creators of this app at the Bay Area maker fair. Once I got to try the app, I was so exited for it to come out. This is a fun, interactive, and competitive game you can play with the whole family.

Beautiful design and fun gameplay. Using cardboard is still a little dizzying as the phone has to be aligned perfectly. Playing this game with the real-trigger is even more fun though responsiveness is sometimes spotty. Recommended!

Don't write many reviews but wanted to for this. Here's why: the developer understood that most would play sitting down in a household environment. Using the perspective of sitting on furniture coupled with the effective use of calling your attention in one direction and having something happen outside your field of vision produced near jump-scares despite the cartoony graphics. At time my feet were twitching because the germs were so close on the floor of the VR living room while I sat on my RL couch. Really nicely done!

I was having SO much fun with this! I was using a headstrap and stood up to get the greatest mobility and the next thing I knew I landed on the floor. I was surrounded by sharp-edged furniture and it's sheer luck I didn't hit any of it. Really really fun game!
