I am supposed to hear the pronunciation of words after I tap on them, but I can't hear anything.

It's pretty difficult to navigate. Not only that, I had quite a few issues getting the pronunciation and conjugation of a given word. Overall, pretty unhelpful.

I own this dictionary in four languages and it is well worth the cost. Very helpful. It's helped me learn two languages - French and Italian - and brush up on my German. We're lucky to have such apps available now which make language study so easy.

On my trip to Germany I've used it over and over. It's ausgezeichnet. Could use a bit larger dictionary but I'm not complaining. For the price, well worth it.

I like the dictionary format and the included phrasebook is helpful. HOWEVER, the text-to-speech speed setting is stuck on FAST, making the pronunciation feature almost useless for a beginner. The company has done no updates since 2014, even though they acknowledge awareness of the problem.

The translator is remarkably good. My german is not yet perfect but the sentences I have tested are fairly complicated and the app translates it perfectly. It amazes me because German grammar is so complicated. Also the dictionary is pretty big and full of useful words, though I did notice some missing. That's not too much of a problem, as the synonyms for these words were available.
