This app is very easy to use and works properly. It's very helpful that it pronounces the words you search for in German. Best English/German dictionary app I've found and I've tried several.
An indispensable Dictionary

I use this app daily for an ongoing translation project and also to figure out simple expressions when I listen to German podcasts. It isn't equipped to explain technical terms in particular fields; at that point, however, a physical dictionary might be better.
