New upgrade won’t open Jam City title page, then crash. Can I delete and reload without losing everything?

THE LATEST UPDATE HAS RUINED THIS GAME.....EVERY TIME I BUY MORE TIME AND JEMS THE GAME ALLOWS ME TO SPEND MY MONEY AND THEN IT CRASHES, AND WHEN I REOPEN THE GAME NOTHING I PURCHASED IS THERE......DO YOU REALLY NEED MONEY THAT BADLY?.......FIX THIS GAME! This game was fun but less so now......at level 500 all these crappy snakes showed up.....they don't make the game more challenging or more fun, they just make me want to delete it......game is crashing every time you go to buy more lives.....FIX IT!

App locks at opening and if you are lucky enough to get in, locks mid game. One of my favorites till this issue

I was at level 605 and now the app will not open and let me play. I love this game and am very disappointed. How can this be fixed? When I tap it the screen comes up and the blue bar only goes about a fourth of the way and stops. I have plenty of space on my iPad, powered it off and on and NOTHING. I don’t want delete it and start from scratch again. Seems like it happened after the last update. Help!

This game generally works without a problem. Since this latest update, the game won't load to play. Screen frozen.

I love this game and have been playing for quite a while. I am on vacation so now I have time to play and the game has frozen. When I go to the app, the loading screen comes up but it doesn’t load, it is just frozen. I would remove the app and try from the beginning but I don’t want to lose my progress.
