What happened to the stars/paws?

I loved this game but have stopped playing it because it stopped allowing me to achieve three stars...the option just disappeared one day...not sure why or what happened but it has caused me to stop playing. Can you fix it?

I love this game and I’ve been playing it for a couple of years now and it never gets old.
Freezes constantly

I really like this game, but it freezes on me daily. The only option I have at that point is to uninstall it and reinstall it and then I lose my unlimited lives and any progress in competitions (still on the same board though). I contacted support and it took a week to hear back, but the game didn’t notify me of this until a couple weeks later. Reconnected with support and the game froze on me in the midst of communicating with them. Support is willing to give me a one time credit of the 24 hours of unlimited lives I lost, but because this game freezes so often that’s not going to do me much good because it won’t last that long.
Real cheap with rewards

Been playing this game for awhile. I have got to level 1436 and ask myself why I’m still playing this ! It seems like you work so hard to beat a level, accumulating points, sometimes over 100,000 then they just disappear. No coins,no reward. Shouldn’t all those points add up to something ? I could have millions by now, but you offer nothing. What’s the point of scoring if it leads nowhere? Now on level 1528.... are you kidding ? Is this a joke ???? There is no way to get all the keys before running out of moves!!! REALLY???? This game is no longer enjoyable. I quit!!! HAVE A NICE DAY!!!!????
