Has potential but needs work. My church just switched to this and I’m trying to set up (and I’m tech savvy) and now I’m frustrated.

Trying to use for fist time and get an error that echeck is not supported (and I readded my banking info and it’s correct). Description in app states this function was added. Also get a swirling working icon upon entering app which doesn’t end. Using Apple device with IOS 13.2

You can save a lot of time and frustration by getting a web url from your church admin or church website. This service works wonderfully on the website, but this app is entirely dysfunctional.

Please update to work with iPhone dark mode. Also would be nice if transactions were completed within in the app. Was taken to website to compete donation.

Making an account in itself was truly impossible. I tried Facebook, google, and finally just tried to use my email. They send you a confirmation code to your email but kick you out and make you start over for leaving the app to check the email.
