Paid for subscription and then effectively locked out and have lost my money

I paid for a subscription and then when I come back to the app, it's acts as though I never subscribed. I tried to restore purchases and the bottom doesn't work. I've paid for a month now and gotten 1 puzzle out of it. This is a fun game, but I don't enjoy paying and feeling like I've been ripped my money.

This game is really entertaining. I really enjoy the themes, feels like doing puzzles catered especially to the things I like. Maybe I really am a geek. ?
