I bought 3 headphones and only received 2. The one not received is a Beats headphone with the case, the case arrived sans the headphones. That is an issue, but the customer service part was absolutely no help, as 1 is given options that do not address the issue. Hopefully, my issue will be resolved soon. The 2 pair of headphones that I did receive were perfect!
Will not offer a refund for an item that was never delivered

This isn’t the first time I ordered something from geek and never received it they do not offer refunds and if you request one they will tell you to ask at a later date and then continue to to push the date back so you never receive the refund this is probably the worst app I’ve ever used and I would not recommend them to anyone not even hitler

Go head waste your money order something support this twinks drug habit?You will never get a refund nor merchandise. See it goes like this..geek says you have a 30 days to return but it takes 30 to 90 days to receive product then you never get it they claim oh we sent it to wrong address...or oh it has been more than 30 days out can’t get a refund. If you are ripped off file a report with the FCC,FTC and the Postmaster General. It is fraud a felony..this punk needs his day in court.

Nothing is available or is sold out and they don’t restocked for weeks. They lie about the price that products that are available. They’re way different from what they say . Wish said that because they have different sellers the price is different. But sometimes is about $10 to $20. Still they have the same problem
