The app allows you to search by bulb application, like a fan or lamp, or even allows you to scan a bar code of a package, or even save your favorite bulbs. It really simplifies buying light bulbs at Walmart!

The app is visually appealing and easy to use which is unfortunate because for each and every suggestion was an incandescent bulb. Twice it suggested 100W bulbs that are no longer sold here. I have had good luck with other iPhone bulb finders that allow you to indicate 3-way and dimmable lamps. This app does not appear to have all GE bulbs and regardless, limiting yourself to a single manufacturer and retailer is not a good idea.
