Don’t waste your time

Downloaded this game and have been playing it for months. It was a lot of fun. Then they did an update and now my character along with the money I had spent on this game is gone. No way to restore my purchases or anything else. I emailed their support and no response. I emailed Apple support who is even less helpful because they said I would need to contact the developer. Lesson learned going to android and avoid this game!

I downloaded it last night and was playing it for a while, I made a guy named Stud aLicious. I couldn't really get the point of the game, but it's weird and Japanese and fabulous, and here and there I'd go to a club and drink a margarita, and then earn new clothes and show them off on stage. And then have conversations with guys named Newman and White Wolf, and White Wolf lost his memory, Newman is a twink nerd, and here and there a beefy hot guy cartoon pops up.

Overall it’s fine, I do think that 3D characters would be cool, also the ability to manipulate the size, width, height etc.. of the character would be a major plus.

I have an account for the game and really enjoy playing. However, twice now for no apparent reason as I have screenshot of this where it acts fine when I open it, but it won’t actually start/load the game to play. This time it happened after the newest update. To which my phone did yesterday and I still can’t play so far today and no access to help easily.

So far I love it, it’s a great way to pass the time however I’m not receive any of the event rewards for diamond recharges? Also not receiving items from purchases, but sure am being billed. Please help.
