Canceling the premium membership is impossible

So I thought this would be simple to do. The app did mention how to cancel when purchasing the premium membership. Since I found this app to be not worth it a month later and don't remember how, I can't find a way to cancel the monthly billing. I tried looking for at least a Q&A to cancel and nowhere to be found even on their website. If you attempt to become a premium member, snapshot the message on canceling...I'm sure you'll cancel in a minute!

I want to get off the iCloud or whatever it is. Please take me off so it doesn't show up on my App Store. Only gave five stars so I can get off this.

When you get a message (iPhone 6+) and you go to it and the person has been suspended, you have to say OK to clear the message, but you can't get out of he cycle. You have to turn the app off and go back in and don't make he mistake of clicking on that persons message again or you'll be in the same loop. Hey programmers!!! Please fix this!

Shows people online that aren't. Chats don't always go through. Too many bugs for a site that's been active this long. Waiting for substantial improvement.

Far too many fake profiles, but not sure how they can be weeded out. Seems to take a while for a reply to a chat to appear-I need to continuously refresh the app. Notifications don't always arrive when I'm on another app waiting for someone to respond. The app works on my iPad 2 but not my iPad Air.
Glitch with messages

Glitch with messages shows up but then it's not there and if the guy in not in my favs I can't get their message because it disappears please contact me for me info on this problem or fix it so if I don't have them in my favs I'll still get their message

Despite blocking, I still view those I've blocked on the grid, instead of permanently being removed from view. Also, unable to upload private photos because this app does not give me the option to upload into a private folder/section. Needs some work!
