What happened?

This app used to be my saving grace. Now it doesn’t filter per my request and is missing key terminal upgrades. Ultimately, the app is no longer useful.

This used to be a great app, but they havent updated in over 2yrs. I’ve sent several updates for different airports with new restaurants and stores and they were never approved.

It is out of date.

The last couple of times I’ve use this app I’ve walked to find a restaurant that isn’t there anymore.

Restaurant lists completely out of date so has gone from a great app to nearly useless. TripAdvisor please maintain this app or put airport restaurants as a separate category into the TripAdvisor app.

Pretty worthless. Should be an embarrassment to Trip Advisor

Don’t bother with this one.This is so outdated for most airports where I try to use it that it is useless. The information either needs to be updated more regularly or the app should be shut down.

This hasn’t been updated in a very long time. Lots of restaurants have been home for 2 years. SAD!

I checked three airports I fly through frequently and GG was at least a year out of date. Don’t waste your time with this app.

As of June 2018 there have been zero updates for a few years. Information is more than 50% incorrect; as of his week, entire terminals are missing from major airports like SEA-TAC. Don’t waste your time with this app.

Taking a great idea and blowing it badly

Used to be a great niche app but now amenities are no longer up to date. Amending or adding to the list is not possible. For that matter creating an account requires conforming to specific requirements that are stated nowhere in the app or even in the website. Support is simply a link to an email. Wow: way to tank a good idea.
