Features lacking

Can’t find where to create a party list. GUI looks dated. Lost features we had in DwellingLive, which offers a better user experience.


Does what it’s supposed to!

I’m writing this review to offset the first review that was 1 star because the homeowner was inconvenienced that his/her community went this route. That review provides little feedback about app itself. App works as it should and allows me to avoid calls from the guardhouse.

The latest update, the alert on the app doesn’t go away on my screen. Even though I’ve logged in.


This is so primitive

I get three email notifications after guest have arrived. I still have to call the gate if someone is coming over. I get notified when guest are arriving at other addresses.

Our small protected community decided to go hi-tech this month. We were all asked to download this free app. It took me 30 minutes to add my info to the app. Add buttons are hidden within the back ground or at the bottom of pages. Property management already had all this info that took 5 mins to write down. Now with Christmas festivities about to begin...we will see if it was all wasted time or worth the trouble.

Very basic app. They should take a look at dwelling live which is far superior. This app will not allow the use of a future date. For example, if I add a guest who will visit tomorrow, it forces the start date to be the current date. There simply is no changing it. There is no way to restrict visitors by day such as “every Monday and Thursday”. This app is primitive, inflexible, and lacking in basic features.
