Stopped working, times out

Was a basic app when it worked. At least I had a convenient way to remotely deposit checks. No other functions like other apps, but lived with it until last week. Have been trying every day since, but app times out. Simply will not work. Have to go old school and either drive 15 miles to CU or mail. August 2018, update App still not working. Has not been working for months now. Both iPhone install and iPad install times out when I try to make a bank deposit. I have had to make bank deposits at bank for over two months now.

Rough start

I have been using two mobile apps for more than a couple of years from other credit unions that offer the ability to perform transfers, check balances, email, and of course make deposits. Perhaps I am spoiled, but this first roll out was a rough start in my view. I have multiple accounts, yet when I attempted to set them up I was restricted to just one at first. Even then, I was bombarded with errors until I finally managed to get one account set up. However, I can no longer get the system to accept any other accounts. I just keep getting error messages. Off to the ATM now to make a deposit the old fashioned way.
