My S20 stopped transferring scorecards to my iPhone after working perfectly for 2 years. I ask for help and all I get in return is a referral to Bluetooth pairing instructions.
Doesn’t detect shots correctly.

I use the Garmin Fenix 5 and have tried several times to use the Garmin Golf App during a round. The app very often doesn’t record a shot or several shots and ends up skipping holes and having say 1 recorded shot on a par 5. So very disappointing since a use the Fenix 5 often while playing golf. Help from Garmin Support would be welcomed.

Been using the app for over one year its only flaw is sometimes it hangs when I add a new round. But I found a workaround, not the best but it works. I delete the app and reload it, then the round appears.
Shot tracking not as good as before

Give me total distance to the flag. I can’t delete that shot or i lose some distances it has correctly. Either it got too sensitive or just misreading shots somehow. There is no reason there should be total distance to the hole shots detected. Please fix

The CT10 capabilities are fantastic. The ability to review the shots by club and the stats showing max and average are very useful.

With the Garmin approach I am able to sync my watch to the app and track my hits! Really helps in improving your game!
