It tell you its 30 min wait and it turns out to be hours, thats when the app even opens, which is very rare it always notifies you that you have no internet connection even when on wifi .

This app is completely pointless. I waited at the San Ysidro border for 3.5 hours because it said the wait was 40 minutes, even when I refreshed it while I was in line. My friends went to Otay and got through in an hour. It’s a free app but don’t bother wasting the space.

I really liked the format of the app, easy to use and to swipe through. But I feel extremely upset. I went to a line, the app said it was 30 minute wait and it turned out to be several hours. Its not the first time either. No app is accurate. Don't trust any app that tells you the wait times. Instead go on BorderTimes. Shows the camera angles. Good luck!
