Gardenscapes works for me. Levels are quick, just a few minutes each, perfect for short breaks at home or work. Storyline with evolving characters creates interest over time. Characters are wholesome; the game attitude is upbeat. Enough problem solving to be absorbing, with the random luck element offering absolution for losses. And sooner or later a gift or team prize will help out in getting past a difficult level.

I am really enjoying this game. It has an amusing storyline, decent graphics, and it’s a lot of fun to customize the items in the garden. I just have one minor complaint, and that is that there’s no way to disable hints. I like to take my time with puzzle games and find moves on my own. This game needs an option to turn off the puzzle hints.

Absolutely love this game, it does have really hard boards but you can pass them. This game and Homescapes are the best on the market! I recommend this game over any other!!

This used to be my favorite game. All in all for its concept, it’s a great game. However unless you spend money on this game you’re going to find it extremely difficult to be levels and to move on. It seems as though the power ups that you use are for no reason whatsoever. Often times I have to play a level more than 25 times just to get past it. Levels that are not marked hard it seem to be unbeatable at times. I would just like to enjoy this game, have it be somewhat strategic, and have it be fun. I refuse to spend money in order to beat the game or levels.

Levels are too hard for a young child

The reason I gave the 2 stars is the levels are hard for my 5 year old to do. I have to admit I love the games this company makes but I find them difficult at times to play and have deleted them several times in frustration only to reload them once I have cooled down. At times I see my daughter play only to try to beat a level over and over again and end up in tears and calling herself stupid. So I no longer allow her to play, I don’t understand why you give an age group for 4+ that’s impossible.

I’ve enjoyed playing this game for several years now. The only upgrade I would wish for is the ability to combine power ups and to get multiple power ups by combining it with a rainbow disk, like you can do in Homescapes. Otherwise, fun game to play!
