Disappointing

Plants all the time

My first try was a houseplant on my deck, which I knew perfectly well was a jasmine. The app offered me ten kinds of ivy, with no way to redirect it to other types of plants. The Merlin bird ID lets you refine the question, so that the app can come up with better answers. This just gave me one wrong answer and the chance to pay 99 cents for help.

Not very useful

This ap can identify common garden plants, but so can I. Has difficulty with plants that are not so easily identified, so for me, not much help.

Loved it...

This app has been very helpful in identifying ornamental plants in my landscape, and help me sort out native wild plants from troublesome weeds. It has been especially helpful where I have the natural woodland bordering a wetland area.

Thanks!!! I had no idea what my bush needed because I did not know the type. Now I Do!

Game changer

If you check my google history, you'll see a string of queries that look something like: "tall weed with small purple flowers". As you can imagine, it takes a long time to identify anything with this approach. Using this app, i can identify a plant in 2 minutes. Game changer for all the gardening and landscaping enthusiasts out there!

Excellent app!

Very quickly identified a highly toxic plant that started growing in our garden. I haven't had to ask a horticulturist yet but I am very happy with my experience so far.
