I can not get my game to load

Please Fix!!!!!

The app won’t open! I tap on it, it shows a black screen and then closes back to my home screen. Not cool!

I used to really like this game, but now that I've installed it again it doesn't work at all, and crashes the second I try to open it, only showing a black screen before doing so.

I love this app so much and I'd like nothin more then to be able to play it again I was unable to do the update after ten tries I deleted it and tried to redownload ten times with restarting it in between the redownloading. Now I'm asking for help due to the unability of not being able to download again. I love this app it's super fun to play but it's no longer wanting to download

I like the game a lot had problems with my phone and I lost everything
