Like app but issues n need help

So I got the mailbox a few levels ago and I have help other people out but I have not received any thank you letters for that. I'd like to try and redeem the letters to get stuff but I don't know how to do that because I'm not receiving them. Please help.

The game is still cool in itself, but having the trees die and having no way to rid of them besides diamonds and the very hard to come by shovel is kinda ruining this game for me... You guys were great but now..?

This game is the best. I had Bud Farm but when I saw somebody play this game, I deleted it and got Ganja Farmer.
Problems

Love this game. But I'm sick of the time I put into it, just to get more problems. I have sold a lot of products to customers and received no money for it. I also keep seeing farms that have different colors and such on their machines. For example, I keep seeing golden space cake ovens. And mine will not update anymore. I tried to update it after the third time and all I did was waste inventory. I also had a friend who lost all progress made and set him back to the beginning of the game. All of my apps that are purchased, update. This has no update. Then I see people with different decorations. A snowman and a sled? That doesn't even show up for me. Why download a game when multiple versions keep coming out with all new changes? I should be able to update automatically with no issues and receive the same products, decorations, machines etc., as others. And to be honest, I have seen mainly complaints about the game. Most of which result in having bug issues. All I want is access to an update for the game. If that can be done, then I think a lot of people will have better things to say about the game. Also I planted a bunch of pots and then only two died? How did that even happen. And I'm expected to use shovels and gems which are the hardest to get. And I'm definitely not paying any money to buy some that will get spent so easily
