Used once to see a hockey game in DC, $11 for ticket fees are horrendous. Cheaper to buy from the box office or direct through website. Lower your ticket fees and you’d have a great service.

This app advertises “Buy now with 1 click”… That is so scary. Also, I can’t even read my full total price of what they will charge me. Horrible, user-unfriendly graphics that cut off your total $. There is no “summary of what you’re buying page” where you can double check what you’re buying, which is available for any other online shopping app. I accidentally bought 4 tickets as a result. They have a horrible return policy and you’re left on your own to resell the tickets. They wouldn’t even let me list my tickets on their app when I bought them on their app. Customer service doesn’t not care about you at all. When I asked for the supervisor, Kurtlin said “you have already spoken to the supervisor. I have been told by them that you cannot speak to the supervisor again today”. I wanted to speak to them about a different issue. Horrendous
