Cannot connect to my mobile app and check internet connection after purchasing full version of Emily’s Road Trip. I have internet or could not play first 10 levels. Nothing has worked to unlock. Have contacted the game for online help and nothing they suggest works. Cannot get refund. Not happy ?

I’ve played these games since day 1 and when I went to subscribe in June it charged me twice then I cancelled and it expired on the 16th which was totally unfair.

I am so happy that I subscribe monthly for only $9.99. Best money spent to play all the originals. I think this was the best idea that you came up with for your fans! Very enjoyable and I have no complaints. Can’t wait for you to add more games! Thank you!
Subscription Benefits Are Unclear

The subscription policy is very confusing and I don’t understand how the subscription works. I would like some more clarity. I have been playing the game since Delicious Emily Tea Garden and I don’t appreciate that it there is no thorough explanation of what a subscription entitles you to. I will try to contact Apple to see if I can get my money back for the newest subscription. It is my understanding that on top of the Original Stories Subscription I bought I must pay for a subscription for each game?! I’m so disappointed!

I’ve been trying to play this game but keeps freezing up I haven’t even been able to play 2nd level. If you could please do something I would be grateful otherwise I will have to cancel. Can’t afford to pay for something I can’t use.

I’ve just gotten use to using the app with the new layout and it’s not so bad. I like the fact that you’re coming out with the subscription option, but my only question about that is being charged $9.99 a month for the subscription service. What if we’ve already paid for all of the games that are recently out? And will we still be charged monthly if a new game hasn’t been released that month? I’m hoping the option to outright purchase the games when they come out will still be available...I’m an avid fan of the Gamehouse games and love all of them! They’re all different in their own special way :) it would be nice to have continuations on some of the other games too, like Mary Lee Chef, Maggie’s Movies, etc. it’d also be nice to see Francois have his own game along with Emily’s parents! We’ve got to see Emily as a child and growing up and her father and Evelyn with her fathers family. It’d be kind of neat to do the same with Evelyn :) I miss the old challenges as well! I loved the challenges in Delicious-Emily’s True Love, Childhood Memories, and Taste of Fame (it’d be super awesome to see this game updated to play on android and iOS). Could the times for the card pieces also be lowered from 2 hours+? Thank you for all of the hard work you do for these games! ???

I am well over the age of 4 and enjoy all the games and stories. They are very entertaining and I feel like I know all the characters personally.
Original Stories Subscription

I have been a fan of Emily, Sally, & Angela since the first games. I’ve bought every game and played them numerous times. I was really excited to see that you have a subscription for most of the games and I would get unlimited play. Yesterday I subscribed and thought I was going to play. When I click into the games they are asking me to buy the game or subscribe after the 3rd level when I have already subscribed. I have the receipt of purchase from the App Store and my bank receipt. I have done everything imaginable to get the games to work: delete and reinstall, sign in and out, turn my phone off and on. Nothing is working. I canceled my subscription this morning, but it says I should still be able to play until September 3rd, but the games still won’t work. I am really disappointed.

I love Gamehouse games! So I like seeing all the games in one place and being able to see what new games are coming out. I don’t really understand the cards and avatar though. What are you supposed to do with them?? I’ve got an avatar that never gets used or seen anywhere, so why do I care what they are wearing?! I’ve got coins and gems, but nothing to do with them. I don’t get it.
