Not as reliable

Disappointed that I am paying $2.99 a month and it doesn’t always work. Like today I can’t even sign in. Great when it works. I don’t like that I have to sign in every time I switch devices. Password never works and I have to get a link.

Always busy

Need to upgrade your servers or something. Lately all I get is error messages or the app takes forever to load. Great when it works, and the scorekeeper knows how to properly score a game.

I miss the team page where coaches could post messages. Otherwise not much difference. It is slow though. I wait and wait for long messages to load. I scored a game a few hours ago and parents were unable to follow along b/c it wasn’t updating. Still, two hours after completion it’s showing the game is still in inning 3. Also spray charts are only showing about 20% of balls in play.

When looking for teams please allow just state and not city/state Also trying to add stuff to team manager app when you have gc classic is a nightmare. I cant be added to new team because it says my email is invalid and when i try using enail from gc classic it says its linked to another account. Its a hot mess and nobody can figure it out. Its a vicious circle and also when trying to change password

It would be great if they added a section when responding to attending a game/practice if you could add a note.

Some issues but good app

App freezes up a lot and I will get notifications but can’t actually click on the app and see them, have to uninstall and reinstall sometimes to make it work again. Otherwise it’s a really great app when it’s working.
