Keeps Freezing

Okay I started chapter 1 hours ago and was trying to resume, but when I press play, and I’m taken into the scene, it freezes. I’ve tried restarting my phone over and over and it STILL freezes. If it doesn’t freeze, the screen goes black. It’s ridiculous. I purchased the first three episodes years ago, only coming back to the game recently because I have a friend who wants me to finish it. And I can’t even do that. Please fix already!

Not 100% thought-out/functional

This seems pretty neat, and mostly works. But it pretends to be controller compatible when only some elements work with a controller. Sadly, not only is it the case that touchscreens aren’t always super responsive, but it’s also not at all clear what the gameplay/action is at some points (e.g., a progress bar that’s a tiny ring around a circle, obscured by your finger, hence the desire to use a controller). It’s not a complete failure but still clearly not 100% thought-out UX-wise or compatibility-wise. I likely won’t continue.

Spent 20$ on all the seasons and my game saved files keeping taking me to a black screen when I try to play them.

I know I’m not the only one to express my complaints about how this game keeps crashing. It plays fine at first and then crashes when you get to a certain point. What makes me mad is the story is kind of interesting and I want to see it through but can’t because of some unknown reason. I have even bought the 6 episodes because I like it. If you delete the app all your progress is deleted as well. I can’t fly with that and disappointed. Now if my game somehow miraculously fixes itself I might change my rating but as of now I’m mad as all hell. 2 stars of of 5.

Wth happened to the second season?! It was supposed to be out years ago! Horrible customer service. Very disappointing way to treat customers.

I gave this game a 3 star rating because of the crashes. Holy moly! It crashes every time I play in my iPhone X. If I get an incoming call and go back to the game, it crashes. It’s really frustrating. Please fix!

Poor Graphics and gameplay

First of all I want to state how I love game of thrones and all of its characters. In this game the decisions you make have little impact on the overall story and don’t make you feel invested in the new house introduced in the game. Next the graphics...what happened telltale???? Your other titles were so on point all very clean....this looks like it was rendered in a 8 year old graphics card using Microsoft paint it’s so bad I can’t even play it. It’s so bad that it detracts from other elements of the game.

I have an iPhone 8+ and an iPad Pro 10.5” and on both devices the game crashes when I try to start chapter 1 or before. Customer support won’t refund nor will they fix. What a garbage company!

Needs after effect/blurry graphics on newer devices!!

they don't have the AFTER EFFECTS for the iPad Pro version. Again, why telltale? If itOUCH 6 has the AFTER EFFECTS graphics, why wouldn't the iPad Pro? The iPad Pro should look the best out of all the devices but you did another lackluster port job. Fix and I'll change my score.
