I was a VIP level 5 and had been playing for a year or more! I went to login just now and it completely restarted the game all over again, I lost all progress! I was part of a Union was level 40+! What happened!? I’m so mad!

I got an I phone and can’t hook it up to my google account for this game and it won’t let me hook it up to my Facebook because that’s hooked up to a different account if possible please make it possible for me to delete my account hooked up to Facebook so I can get my old account back so I could link it to Facebook without trouble I love this game and I don’t want to lose it

I’ve been playing this game on and off for nearly 2 years now, and they definitely try to keep things fresh while not taking away the baser elements of what make the game fun and familiar. There can be drama within servers sometimes, but overall the community is a fun one.

Mysterious uncontrollably charges without my purchase and consent

It has happened at least 2 times to me already. I did not subscribe to anything. Somehow the app just regularly charges me for $4.99 and $9.99 in last month. Apple doesn’t report after complaint. I deleted the app.

I love that this game doesn't require shields to protect your resources. I can log in a couple times a day for a minute and do anything that I need without wasting hours a day. The only downside is that event items you purchased automatically get thrown out at the end of the 1-4 day event. Using cash to buy items should allow us to hold onto them for the following week, as these events are cycled regularly. It would also be beneficial to start merging servers, as we only have 3 active alliances, which doesnt leave much competition for union battles and events.

This is one of my favorite games on my phone, I relax when I get time to myself and play been playing this game for over a year, I enjoy the changes and the upgrades, I do wish they would have my explaining on the new games with rules and how to play, but that’s why I like the live chat! Cause I am able to talk to other players who know what they are doing.
