Getting stuck and freezing in the middle of a game

This game need to be check with bugs that cause the game to freeze after one player has left the game on Seasonal Map. Getting stuck in the middle of tourney is not acceptable since the other player is able to move. And I have a high speed internet and their is nothing wrong with my services.
App crashing

On iOS devices, (iPhone 5 and iPad 2017) the app keeps crashing mid game, forcing a loss. Also during initial update download, the update stops every few seconds prompting to check the internet connection (my connection is perfectly fine for everything else). Very irritating. Otherwise, the game looks and feels amazing however I'm a bit worried about the rng aspect. Hope help comes or this issue gets fixed

I played this game for roughly 2 years and I loved it. I actually spent some big bucks on it and then, POOF! Everything that i had on it was gone! I have been playing the game on my iPad and it worked fine yesterday. And then i trying to get on it today and then it kept saying something wrong with the WiFi even thought i had full bars. I had been getting very frustrated so i deleted the game and redownloaded it hoping to find all my stuff there. I had done it before and it worked so i didn’t worry, but then it brought me back to the tutorial! I was astonished that everything i had worked for had just disappeared. The sad thing is i didn’t connect my account or do anything of the sort so i was just known as any other noob player. I had just turned vip5 too! I am very upset and hope to that game of dice help me T-T

Game of dice este juego tuve la opartunidad de jugarlo en un movil de "poco" rendimiento y fue muy entretenido me gustaría poder jugarlo pero el unico problema es que no puedo ni siquiera descargar los archivos ya que me dice "revisa tu conexión a internet y e revisado mi conexion y es muy buena pero no me permite descargar los archivos y para colmo estoy jugando en un iphone 5 seria de ayuda algun consejo " util " a esta situacion gracias

I just started and the game is really fun and addicting but the dice control is bs and after the service maintainence today, it wouldnt let me log in. I just keep getting sent back to "touch screen" whenever it tries to load.

When I tried too go on my account, and I click "Touch Screen" and it doesn't work. It keeps freezing and doesn't let me log in my account. I tried many times too log into my account. I worked hard too get all my stuff on my account, now it's gone since I can't log into my account. I re-downloaded it and it still won't work. Game of dice, what should I do?

It's fun but I would like to see the storymode first since it's very interesting. This mode is all about luck and without luck you will lose and lose big.
