Doesn’t work
For fans of ITM, do not buy
I’ve been trying to log into my account and it says it is not linked. I can login online with no problem, but not on the app. Kind of useless.
A total mess

The app is a disaster right now. It constantly crashes, won’t load, loses issues you’ve already downloaded, won’t download new issues, etc. I paid for this subscription and have a right to access the issues. In its current state the app makes this nearly impossible. Fix it!

There used to be time out into developing a good app but this has been horrible as of late. I cannot even get this to work as it crashes every time I try to open. I’m going back to paper copies or finding another magazine to try.
Portrait Mode?

How can I not read the magazine in portrait mode like you know an actual magazine.
Makes it hard to go digital...

I love Game Informer’s content. As one of the few gaming magazines still around, I think that their in-depth dives and previews are something to be treasured. But for GameStop to be pushing the digital version of the magazine so hard, you’d think it would work better! 1. I download issues only for them to disappear and force me to redownload hours later 2. The app crashes all the time! I just had to delete and reinstall in the hopes of using it 3. Logging in and accessing my issues was a major headache, refusing to recognize my login for days Please Game Informer, fix this!
Have to re-download app constantly.

Just what the title says. Whenever I want to read the newest issue I have to delete and download the app every time I want to read. It works fine after the download but if I close the app I’ll have to re-download it all over again. Love the magazine, had hoped this issue would have been fixed by now, but I guess I need to chime in.
