Does not save progress

I really like this game and how you can color with some sort of purpose as well as choosing how the characters react to one another. Yet this app constantly refreshes and i have to start the painting all over again. The energy doesn’t come back either. So I’m practically wasting more energy on the same picture. It’s frustrating and i hope you take this into consideration. I would appreciate if the app could merely save my progress so that i can come back to it anytime and won’t have to waste any more energy on the same thing.

The pictures are interesting and the choices in what furniture you decide is pretty cool. But I don’t like the fact that you must complete a picture sometimes I can’t finish it and I have to start over but if you have time to complete pictures and don’t mind waiting for energy I guess it isn’t all that bad but it isn’t for me; I like the freedom of completing pictures when I can and not be tied to energy levels so I won’t keep the game.

I just had this game on my phone for 24 hours I would have gave it five stars but I don’t know yet but so far it’s a good game

The game itself is awesome and I’d definitely score it a 5. However, I’m completely disgusted at game developers that do what these people are doing. Let me elaborate: - $7.99 a week for “premium access” to the game? $32 a month for access to the nicest furniture in the game? This is the only decorating game I’ve ever played that I’ve seen with this arrangement and it’s disgusting. Seriously? $32 a month? Even $10 a month is more reasonable than this nonsense. - Ads C O N S T A N T L Y for the premium access or expensive packages that barely even matter if you don’t have premium access. I have to exit out of these ads constantly and it’s annoying. Having them pop up to this extent only does one thing: causes me to refuse to pay anything in the game because I don’t support having ads forced in my face like this. Want to remove ads?? Oh, it’s just a simple $32 a month! - Energy takes forever to restore and it’s 30-40 energy to complete one picture. Why is this?More cash grabs. Coins can buy energy (or you can get 20 energy for watching an ad), which again you have to pay for because you’re only awarded 30-60 coins a level. Which of course, you can add 10-20 coins to for- you guessed it- watching an ad. To get the full experience of the game, you have to pay ridiculous amounts of money, more money than a simple game like this is worth. I’ve played Gardenscapes for years and I’m more than happy to pay a few bucks here and there when they have specials and sales because I totally support game developers needing to make money in order to continue the game. But this? No way. I’ll play the game because it’s fun, but I’ll never pay these developers 1 cent.

It has two of my favorite games in one, coloring and decorating. I do have a couple of problems thought. First the energy, with each picture to color, it takes at least 30 to 50 energy and there is only 100 energy to spend. Then it takes 3 minutes for just 1 energy to replenish, so 3 minutes per energy times 100, that makes it 300 minutes (5 hours!) to replenish. Way too long to wait, IMO. Second, 3 times the picture I was coloring disappeared and I had no choice but to quit the coloring session. I lost 90 energy because of that. I emailed support about the issue almost 2 weeks ago, but haven’t any reply back. I still plan on playing because I do enjoy the game, but I wish the energy consumption was a little more evened out, either by more energy to equal out the amount of the picture cost, or lower the cost of the pictures. Edit: I was working on level 80 today and right in middle of my coloring, the picture disappeared. Now I’m out another 30 energy. Very frustrating.

I only wish there was a way to come back to a picture once you have started it or save your progress. I have wasted a ton of energy having to start a picture over just because I had to put my phone down for a few minutes. I would play the game a lot more often if I knew my picture wouldn’t reset all the time. You wait hours for your energy to refill, spend 50 energy to start a picture and then it won’t save your progress after 2 minutes of your phone being locked, and it charges you another 50 to start the pic again. Kinda ridiculous.

I really like coloring apps and the renovation addition is a cherry on top, but can you add the ability to view and share the finished artworks, and can you enhance the resolution of the shared picture?

Okay this game brings two of my favorite things together: color-by-number and home decorating. Literally love the game. But I am getting really annoyed. I will unlock a picture and start coloring it and have to go do something else and not get back to it for a few hours. By the time I do it’ll be locked again and I’ll have to start all over! It’s making it very unpleasant when I have to redo the same picture multiple times. Please fix this!!

It's interesting that when I have to leave the game & come back that it can remember the energy I've used to start a picture, but it can't remember my progress. Even though it remembers I've used the energy, it charges again to restart. Not very user friendly in that aspect. Other than that, it would be 5 stars. That is SUPER annoying though.

Great app, only downfall is while I’m in the middle of coloring a picture the screen will just go all white and there is nothing I can do to get it back. I have to exit out of it, lose all the progress on my almost finished picture and then use more energy to start the same level over, very frustrating.
