Fun game but is stuck trying to load some rio olympics page for something I'm not going to purchase anyways.
Pay to win, unbalanced, crashy

It's not that it's impossible to get things without paying (some in game stuff costs a LOT), just that you're more likely to win the lottery. Speaking of which, there are in game lottery mechanisms which are obviously rigged. Beyond that, if you don't pay for a couple of the top units, you will have maybe a fifth the strength of other players. Finally, this game will crash, and quite often, requiring device restarts just to play the game for more than a couple minutes at a time. Update: with the latest update, the game will no longer get past the loading screen before crashing. Also, recent changes make another aspect of the game even more pay to win.
Great Game: NO SUPPORT

While the game is great enough to warrant at least three(3) Stars, the fact that the supposed support page is simply a form with a couple of choices makes nearly worthless! Unfortunately Apple App Store will not allow less than one(1) star. Like many before I also think the game is great, but! If your problem is not one that they are familiar with you CAN NOT contact the company about it!!! The supposed support page is a form letter, in essence! I am sorry but that is simply not possible with a game/app used by thousands of people! We all have different viewpoints, so we each play some what differently. This means that each person will get some problems that others do not! No simple form can cover all that! Some way to actually contact the company is needed!
"Updates" not so good

Each update is just a grab at your wallet. Terrible support for bugs and the response is spend money to work around. Extremely top heavy with pay players spoiling the experience. Collection of daily rewards is a frustrating experience. Collect two, restart after freezing, repeat. The game play is incredibly repetitive not long after starting. Be prepared to grind away or pay WAY too much on specials. There are way better, fairer and more fun games out there.
