Purchased ships, upgraded them and upgraded all my lower ships. Received an update to the game and lost all my purchased ships and upgrades. Can’t contact or receive support without having facebook (I don’t have facebook). This game will rip you off and take your money. DON’T GET THIS GAME.

Account ID has changed and had to re-enter a user name. Then access to my Guild and profile got assigned that stupid snowman icon. Please FIX THIS!!!

What fan page? I can’t find it? Is it in the game itself or someplace else I loved this game until today, have been playing a long time. I was less than 10 days away from being level 9. This morning when I logged in, it showed me as VIP 5. Please fix this or I will be deleting

Last update erased a year and half worth or progress! Currently unable to recover. Up until then fantastic fun.

The new update made me lose a lot of things; my level 9 and a lot of other things. Not happy with it. Hopefully this can be resolved soon.
