That’s ridiculous just one add lasted an entire minute plus 15 seconds. I will not click to spin the wheel during playtime again! You don’t care about your loyal players!!!!!!!!

I shamefully purchased a 10 or 20 dollar aircraft a few years ago. I reloaded the app from the cloud and I can’t get my aircraft back. Please help.

I was playing the game and someone shot my ship! But then it said I could send a someone the game so they could play too and I’d get 5 gems bc it costs 1 gem to get back in the game but it didn’t work. So I sent it to my friend again and it still didn’t work! So I just gave up. The next time I got on and died then I tried to send it to a friend again and I still didn’t get 5 gems! And it makes me really upset. I definitely want you to download this game but sometimes it can make you upset bc of these glitches. Tysm for reading! Have fun!

New customers walk away! Nothing in this game is honest, random or chance! EVERYTHING is rigged to money and cost. No matter your progress or power it will always be watered down and attached to some new money driven ploy to grab your money. Today all morning-playing pvp with loser or no ship drops in 9 waves!!!! I can’t even get a ship drop in 6 or more waves!!! I’m pretty good but getting matched with players at waaaay higher levels only to be beaten each time. Or maybe just blow up if I’m doing well. Yeah totally possible to win - ONLY if you are equipped as in the help videos you talk about. You want video? Of what? Your broken game being broken? Buyer beware this game and company operate only by criminal business practices! Keep reading the real reviews not the fake 5 star paid ones. Nothing works correctly-ever. Additionally you will always get rewards you already have, not what you want or need-talents, gems, skin pieces etc. just the garbage you already own. Why does my ship blow up randomly on game play-nothing around me just boom! Must be the new ABI CHEAT HUH? ABI lady-Why you not understand how business works?Customers generate money with purchases or services yes? If money is paid and you don’t provide these it is fraudulent and you lose business. Stop acting like you don’t understand the problems, they are explained here in great details and you continue to act unaware. Stop cheating your customer base and asking for forgiveness-do you job and keep the game fair instead of constantly manipulating it. Now that your paid lunar week off is over can you get to work? Can you fix your ads? They constantly freeze, are too ridiculously long, and require exiting 2-3 times to close. Quit with the raging bullet bombs trapping in corners??? Enough of that garbage! The game is fun but too many glitches and no real customer service. I spent a lot of time playing and saving crystals to purchase the terminator ship. The game took my crystals but I don’t have the ship. I contacted player support through Facebook where I was asked to provide proof that I own the terminator so that they could “restore”it for me. I can’t show proof if the game took it and my crystals. ??‍♀️??‍♀️??‍♀️ Having/linking an account and saving doesn’t help to protect any data or progress and customer service is no help.

MOST UNFAIR GAME EVER. TOTALLY UNBALANCED. THE STUPID SHIP DISPERSEMENT IS RIDICULOUS. HORRIBLE MISMATCHES IN PVP. UNBELIEVABLE FRUSTRATION. THIS GAME IS RIGGED!!! AND THE WORST IS YOU WILL BE PUNISHED FOR HAVING SUCCESS. YOU WILL BE CHEATED IN THE PVP. RIGGED, RIGGED, RIGGED! What a joke. The developers should be embarrassed by their lack of ingenuity in making a fair game.
