A half-assed reboot of a classic.

The controls are very off. They don’t fully work, they’re the opposite of too sensitive. The fact that none of the mechanics are the same will definitely come as a shock to Galaga players. The rockets that the aliens fire move way too fast to dodge instead of falling like the classic game. That’s kind of a nit-pick, But if it bothers me that much I must bother other people too. All in all, it’s just a really bad bootleg.

Really like it, but can't move the fighter plane to the left... Once you get it to the left side of the screen, the fighter plane wont shoot... You'd think they would fix it! Lol

I thought this would be the closest thing to galaga on the App Store but the user interface is so unbearable!

this app is not what you think it is it’s a deception. I’m in shock that Apple allows it. It’s nothing like the real game and the controls are very buggy very disappointed I wish I could get my money back!

This game glitches within the first two minutes of me playing it every time. Can’t believe I spent two dollars on it. Give me my money back please, I will not play this game

I’ve played this game since it came out in arcades years ago! With all of today’s technology I don’t understand why this one shouldn’t be better than 80’s technology? Captured ships cannot be saved you just loose them doesn’t work at all like the original!! I wish I had read all the bad reviews before I bought this game! Period.
Best "Classic" version available, but....

This is easily the best "classic" app version of the game we've all grown to love over the last 38 years now, however, the touch-screen joystick feature needs to be more sensitive/responsive. You can't maneuver around quick enough to dodge the enemy bomb-drops, but the fire button works great. The developers need to tweak-out the joystick a little more, and they'll have a big win here.
Too many glitches

I expected more from a game I paid for... free games run smoother... I was excited to find my favorite game from my childhood only to be let down with the quality !!! BOO.... fire button sticks ( ummm digital button stuck ??) also joystick movement is very laggy. Also won’t let me get double fighters half of the time.... GAME HAS MAJOR ISSUES!!! But could be fun with a few simple fixes.
Need A Way To Reset And Go Back To The Menu

I am super pleased. About as good as it gets short of buying an actual machine. One thing DEV may be able to improve is that your thumbs block the field of view/screen when playing.
