“Imagine, quarters in arcade Galaga, with ads.”You can play for free for the first 10 deaths. Then, you have to watch a 30 second ad for one of those puzzle zombie games or spend real money for respawns. Or wait real world time to try again, while you wait for ship upgrades that take hours. Ugh, sweet graphics though.

Every ship costs too many credits, there’s no online play, and I can’t send my friends anything. There’s no story I want a story. Who are the aliens? The pilots? Why do the aliens keep attacking us? Also there’s only 11 levels, I want more. What if there was a mode where YOU played as the space bugs, and fought the good guys? Also why don’t the green guys do the abduction thingy anymore? Everything costs too much, and there’s no online multiplayer. Where’s the ship from Galaga 3? You have to add EVERY ship. Do not recommend, Devs please fix

Fun but flawed

This is a fun Galaga game. The mechanics are smooth, it’s action packed, and it’s intense movement. The problems are minor but they stand out. Item pick ups lag 2-3 seconds before they are activated. This hurts the action. I’ve made in-app purchases, why do I still get ads? And when I click on the ads (extra lives) I get a black screen and can not continue. The ad sometimes loads and some times it doesn’t. Can’t chase high scores with out the extra lives. The coin issue. I understand they want to sell extra purchases but the economy in this game is a grind. Everything is over priced. I hope the developers can make positive changes to this game.

Great graphics, however the ship keeps getting harder to control, it’s about an 1/8 of an inch away from finger which makes it incredibly hard to control…why do I have to pay to go to the next sector everytime, you shouldn’t have to pay after winning, period

There’s many things to like about this game. The graphics are great, it’s great for a phone to have on your game, a good twist on the old classic. But there’s also things I HATE like the fact when you get a power up for your ship and then go straight into a new level it lasts about a QUARTER of the time as if you got it in the middle of a level. Also, I always die on the fourth or fifth level because the progression of difficulty is way to exponential. I don’t know how anyone has gotten past like, the tenth level if anyone even has.

Maybe you could make a thing where you buy a thing in the store with real money and took away ads . Why watch ads if you have a second life or pay if you do that you could just do one life and choose a ship. Why do I have to pay for a sector with some kind of currency if that level has a boss couldn’t you do that? I gave it 4 stars because of this.
