Great for Me

There are some skips occasionally that I hope get ironed out, but I still love the app. It creates and tailors workouts and plans like all other GAIN apps.

Awesome

I really like this app and how you can change things around to fit yourself.

Pretty decent but...

Not bad, but needs some work...the transitions are really short & choppy...they just don't flow & it makes the routine awkward. Sometimes as soon as you get into a position they move into a completely unrelated transition, so there's a lot of quick moving around

Awesome!

This App really works! Would be nice to include some tips for how to lower HR but that's not a criticism!

Great App

Dietdietdiet

Love the workouts, also can create your own. Good for traveling when you can't find a yoga class!

Easy to hear and follow

fastferg24

This is a great yoga app! It provides you with a personalized workout and shows each pose without the messy step-by-step written instructions. It also gives verbal instructions with a cue to move to the next pose, along with some nice in-app music. So easy to use and the workout possibilities are endless!

Love

I use this app daily. More audio options and education would be nice. Namaste!

Nice app. BAD YOGA.

Kyra Morris

Series of poorly transitioned, weirdly named, poorly led, random poses. Don't. Deleted after the third attempt to use.

JUST WHAT I've been looking for ?

Jenygirlv

I'm a beginner, and this app is amazing for understanding the fundamentals and basics, as well as advanced positions. They are extremely precise, with a clear loud voice, and the layout is simply endless and amazing. Thanks so much! Seriously, my new best friend

Is there anyway to turn the music off and just have voice cues?
