So I was going to play this game because it looked really fun so I downloaded it and I got in it loaded and then crashes if you can fix this please it would make me happy to play the game.
Man, this is so stinking cool it’s unbelievable.

I absolutely love this game. I’m able to use the play room very well, the music room is awesome, but the piano should have eight main notes instead of seven, and it makes it so easy to follow along and play the songs I’m listening to when I’m watching Amazon Prime Video. I think the reason the game is crashing for people is because they may not have a device that’s compatible with iOS 13 and they don’t have iOS 13 or later on their device.

Every time my daughter and I load the game there is no sound. Go to settings and turn on the music and sound but still doesn’t work..

I love this game I just got it and I can’t get past the mermiad one with the positions I keep clicking red and blue but nothing I need some help and my parents never played this before please help who made it please I LOVE your game by the way so fun thanks if any of you guys are having problems like this tell who made the game just need a little bit of help please thank you

Wth the Sound doesn’t work! The annoying hand tutorial doesn’t stop moving and getting in our way, things are hard to press. We tried three times, made sure volume was completely up. I installed, uninstalled, and reinstalled and it didn’t work the 3 times. Dark, small, hard too see, very busy app. Some of it is just so small we have to strain our eyes... my kid and I ARE NOT IMPRESSED.

My daughter was so excited to play this because she LOVES the show. She was very sad and disappointed when our sound didn’t work. We’ve checked everything so I’m convinced it’s the app. I use an IPhone 8Plus and an IPad. Please help!
