Awesome loved it

Lacks Car Play Integration in US

I’m an avid user of Gaana PLUS since past 5+years. The library is very extensive and almost all(barring few) Bollywood/Indian songs are available. Premium features are also excellent especially the Bit rate on the songs and it sounds really good on my extensive speaker setup. The reason I gave “3 STARS” to the app is because it is not integrated into CarPlay in the US store. The Indian Store shows the integration but it is lacking in US. This hampers my ability to play the songs during my busy long commute to work and back. I’m seriously looking into switching to Spotify & Apple Music as I’m already paying for Gaana PLUS and the difference is not that much. I hope the Gaana Team looks into getting this feature into their US App Store as many of my colleagues are also considering the same.

Just adds on songs to your queue

If you search for a particular song and add only that song to your queue, somehow you end up with bunch of songs that you didn’t add in your queue. That’s so stupid and annoying. If I want certain songs, I will add them. Don’t force them on me.

I am a Gaana plus subscriber. You keep making this app worst! Now playlist is buried one more click! Inside Favorites?! While the bottom navigation has junk like Hotshots and Buzz and Podcast!!? What is wrong with your usability and customer experience team? I am your loyal customer for more than two years and you don’t care about my opinion. I am not extending Gaana plus subscription next time. Guess what app i will switch to? Spotify. They have hindi songs now and an easy way to get to what I care about. My playlist!!! Why would you not let me access my playlist/favorites from bottom nav?????

Although most of the song and good quality song are accessible, artist like “PropheC” and some other international artists songs aren’t available on gaana which is pretty sad especially when you subscribe for it.

With this new feature app is behaving weird not even the regular functions work properly . A good app spoiled by this feature. May delete the app if this continues. Please fix it

Haven’t used it much. I do not know that iPhone cannot be locked. There should be something like rewards. So this way if we score rewards then we can utilize the in-app purchases.

Gaana is the wannabe tiktok it seems. It’s annoying to see a music app having all that.

Playback issues

Great app but with a few bugs. Everytime I lock my phone after start playing a song, the playback on chromecast speaker pauses. Also the playback suddenly stops sometimes
