Games crashes during opening cutscene

The opening cutscene starts playing with no video, only sound, then crashes. When you reopen the app it takes you to the game so you miss out on seeing the cutscene and what happened to cause catastrophe or whatever happened.

I wish there were more Futurama games and seasons and apps. I would love to see this have more updates. I was stuck for a long time after the events ended and I got a new phone so I started over. I’m not complaining because it’s like watching the seasons over again. But more content and update would be awesome.
Nice game, but it REALLY needs fixing.

I have problems with this game. I want to get Zoidberg, who is part of the crew, but in order to do that, I would have to level up to 31 by getting lots of chips, Nixonbucks, and those symbol badges (Ex: Delivery Boy Badges). The main problem is that even though 5 members of my crew has leveled up to 30, each with a different career, I still can’t seem to get those badges from the Daily Planet because the enemies are so darn tough! Also, I would need a LOT of pizza slices to get those badges without fighting. Can you please make things a little easier for me?
Opening cutscene NO VIDEO

The game begins with a cutscene that’s just a black screen with audio. Then the game often crashes at that point. Several others have reported this same issue. I’m using a new iPhone running the latest iOS: 14.4.2. Please fix this. Thank you.
Downloaded last night and won’t even run

I am a fan of Futurama, I love Futurama as a whole and have binged the whole series so naturally I was thrilled when I saw a mobile game for it. Unfortunately after updating my phone I tried to play it today and was met with disappointment. The game does load but after loading I see a black screen with a pause button and a skip button, there is no cutscene/instructions. I have tried to tap the skip button and it causes the game to exit out! I understand Futurama has been off the air since 2013, and companies may not care anymore, but there are still people everywhere who are fans. I would love if this problem gets fixed, so it can be played in its original glory that it was meant for.

I love this idea! The game is perfect, and graphics? There awesome! I just wish there could be a update where you can fly the spacecrafts from the show freely. Thank you!

Absolutely pointless to play since the developers abandoned it. Could have been a decent time killer but I’ve hit a wall where I can’t level up characters without having characters already leveled up. They should have let EA develop this.
