Cute Game; Occasionally Bugs Out

RoseAgate1

Edited Review: I play this and Flutter. I love Flutter, but Furistas can be a hit and miss for me including support. They respond, but the automated response I get essentially can hint at acceptance of the game as is or to not contact support about certain issues. I have deleted the app twice now and reinstalled it all re-logging in to clear app cache. Each new update scared me because the last few have not been without problems during gameplay including spontaneous reboots of the app or losing event progress. Overall the game itself is adorable and I am Level 44 having cleared several events. Furistas is one of the games that I never watch ads in either since it routinely bugs out for doing so and support has more than once issued a response that this was a fixed issue. Bottom line the game itself is fun and has sweet graphics/concept, but I will never jive with support or the bugs I incur and the updates cause me anxiety over how it may or may not run. I also learned I won’t buy event boosters. I never see any extra anything from the AI and it wastes my money I could use elsewhere.

Cute and fun

I’ve had this game since it was first created, about 1.5-2 years ago. I love this game. It is one you can easily go back to; Play for several days to get items in events if you want; Just play when you have 10 minutes to waiting. I adore cats and this is the only cat game I have downloaded and kept. Great graphics and interactions. The ability to collect cats and furniture items is what keeps me coming back. You don’t need to spend money, but I have a few times to get the cats that come with the deals but not needed to advance in the game. You just need patience with getting basket items. Also, the company seems very responsive if there are any issues and has incorporated peoples recommendations to improve the game. I love the cat lounge which is something I didn’t realize I even needed, but it was a nice surprise to get after getting to a higher level. One suggestion: is there a way to still have 2 cats roaming in the cafe and lounge even with all your customers and lounge activities filled? When you first log on, all your cats are around in both. You even have 1-2 cats in the cafe and you help all the customers. However, once you fill the lounge no more extra cats are roaming around, which I like to see, especially when I have the cafe decorated with cat beds and posts and have 12 free cats. I do like that the game knows what cats are doing lounge activities and which cat are available to be played with and vice versa.

Lost so much progress

We keep our IPad offline for long periods of time and when we have to update; I lose 2 to 3 levels every time and this is the 3rd time.

Progress past level 16 is too slow

Feels like they set up a pay wall to level up. Takes too long so it gets really boring. Events where you win a cat at the end are also too paywalled. Unless you play every second of the day you wont get the cat. The update with the activity room is basically uselss. Why would i waste supplies on boots that arent permanent? All Runways apps feel too paywall to proceed. I love the concepts, but i cant afford to waste money on an app. give me watch add options for stuff i'll watch adds to get free stuff all day

Horrible Skinner Box

There’s no actual gameplay, just enough screen interaction to trick the user into THINKING they’re playing a game. Cash box transaction facilitator, that’s all. After someone (kids or otherwise, doesn’t matter) plays this game for a few minutes, ask them what they’re actually doing in the game and they won’t be able to tell you. Stay away.

Cute, But Poorly Coded

I downloaded this game as a recommendation from my wife. I play on an iPhone 6+ (a slightly older phone). At first, this game was exactly what I was looking for. The cats were unique and had distinct personalities. The “advancements” were fun and challenging. Watching my little cafe grow was rewarding. My first complaint came when I tried to add Kitty Kash to my sons account. He has parental controls enabled so that he doesn’t spend money without approval. The Furistas app simply failed to recognize the approval and I spent hours with customer support trying to get the $10 purchase completed. Finally got it done and gave up on the 2nd $10 failed purchase since it wasn’t worth my time. The game crashed around 5-10 times per hour, especially when watching a short video for a reward. The final straw came when it simply would not load. Spent 5 hours rebooting my phone and trying to open the app. When I went to uninstall and reinstall, I found that the game data had only been stored on my phone (no backup on Facebook where I had registered). The cats are cute, but I won’t waste another minute on this poorly designed application. This review grants me closure.

Seriously?

Cat cafe is like a game that at first you have fun playing it every now and then but then out of nowhere you find your self playing it any chance you get and wanting to get more cats and more hearts and eventually have the best cafe ever! Love it!

This game is too cute! Relaxing when wanting to unwind. Beginning is a bit slow starting but picks up with cute furniture, flooring, etc. and some unique characters that are based from real famous gamers and other known people. The only down is at least on iPhone, is occasionally the game freezes, but worth the play though.
