The apps good I think it is 5 stars but furby is on and working but the eyelids are not going up and broken so Hasbro can you respond to this and tell me how to fix this

Egg doesn't hatch

I have a very disappointed and frustrated son. Egg doesn't hatch. It just brings you to the iPhone menu screen.

I'm sure it's a good app but it won't load. How do you connect?

This was a great app you could feed the Furby like help the Furby go to the bathroom but now all it does is glitches out there is rarely any updates there are a lot of unfinished things in the movie theater where the Furby can react to videos is always saying it’s updating it never works it’s an old game and they have an updated at all need to start working on it or at least make something new or else this company is dead.

My daughter has been trying to open this app for three days and all we get is a loading circle at the bottom left corner. Sad

When connecting purple furby, teal was connected instead. Had to move teal farther and purple eventually connected once the app was cleared. Clearing the app, requires you to rename your furby, which made me then wake up teal, to rename him as well. It's tedious and buggy, and the bugging of the app affects the furby for that reason. The furby alone is fine. The app is only best for feeding, and collecting items to feed with, and watching occasional videos. I would like to see a general stability improvement so this process does not have to be redone over again with the naming and such. If there is any solution to that, I would like to be made aware of it so I may attempt to solve that on my end to my best ability. Thanks.

Volume issues

I muted the sound after reputting in my purchased nests and it is still talking from the makers of funny talking about your fur by so volume ain’t fixed.
