Full disclosure; Fur Fighters is one of my favorite games of all time, so I am already a little biased. From what I have played with so far, this port is almost perfect. The graphics are just as crisp and colorful as I remember. Animations are fluid and level transitions are very fast (a problem that plagued the PS2 version). Controls are good for the most part, with my only complaint being the turn/look is way too sensitive. I think the developer was trying to simulate a thumb stick too closely and it is very easy to turn faster than you want or need to. I was also a little disappointed, but not really surprised, to see that the Fluffmatch multiplayer was pulled out of this port. If you are looking for a solid shooter with tons of content, level variety, and a wicked sense of humor, you need this app. I would love to see some new content to this game, perhaps an arena or arcade mode.

Its the entire game minus the mulitiplayer. I loved it on dreamcast and i still do just so much charm and its a action shooter platformer. Looks great on retina on the new ipad. Only thing devs need to fix is contol options, way to sensitive could be solved with x and y axis sensitivity sliders, and of course multiplayer would just be wicked.

A pretty good expanded port of a great DC/PS2 game. A little flummoxed by the controls at first....then I realized your not so much directly controlling the onscreen character as much as your actually controlling the targeting reticule. The auto-targeting helps alleviate some of the aiming issues. But given the twitch nature of the camera and the game itself,it can be frustrating maneuvering in tight areas. Lots of platforming,collection/fetch quests and plenty of ,shoot,shoot,shoot! Fur Fighting fun iOS style at a very reasonable price!

In the port I've noticed that you are un able to switch to lower lever weapons. I want to use my pistol -_- . I have the dream cast and Ps2 version and when I play I use my pistol more then anything else .same for bomb launcher. I don't like launching 3 at once. Plus the plasma Beamer eats ammo like no ones business. Plasma blaster is best. And now I can only burn enemies rather then freeze them :(

Thank you so much for bringing my favorite game into the app store! I beat this game both on the dreamcast, ps2, and am now working through my third play through on the app. Everything is as perfect as I remember however I do wish there was a way to switch to the lower grade weapons. Also since I heard that the original developer was the whole who ported this game on to the iPhone. Pls make a sequel!!
