You can't do much without premium

Seems to be ok if you want a daily wod, o/w without upgrading to premium you can't do much.

This is by far the most comprehensive workout app guide i ever tried. Very intuitive and step by step guide to make the workout much more effective. I am now using this app for all my workout.

Amazing workout app to follow your workout improvement. You can easily follow your routine and do some challenges. Statistic of each workout is also available to you, which is pretty cool. This way you can know what you exactly did last time and how many times. Really good app.

The app interface looks great. The instructions I've seen are easy enough to follow and are very detailed and clear. Highly recommended! I really like that there a a lot of WODs and features included with this app. A perfect package in deed and a great way to start living healthy.

I'm not a CrossFit guy yet, but my brother is, and he SWEARS by this app! Beautiful layout, good variety of WOD, and daily challenges make this an essential part of any workout. Plus, I really appreciate the founder's values of health, toughness, and family. Great app!
