App says that you can upload slow Mo video but it doesn't work. Once the video is compressed and loaded into the app it just plays the video at normal speed.

I thought this app would allow me to post a ??LONGER?? video on Instagram . It does not. It just allows you to widen it. The name of this app is very misleading and I would like my money back please!!
