I like this app. It is easy to use. I would give it 5-stars if it would add more service choices. Rotate tires, tire alignment, replace tires. Might also add user selectable service intervals. Overall, a good app. I recommend it.

Converted from Fuelly (which was absolutely ruined after its original “Gas Cubby” version). First, Fuel Monitor has a cool import feature that helped me import my vehicle’s data. It works well (assuming you know how to use Excel, FileMaker, or similar desktop application). The app is easy to use, has some unique features, but it does have a slightly odd (and somewhat dated) interface. At first I didn’t see the need to split Services and Repairs, but it works and I suppose this approach makes sense. I really don’t like that we’re not allowed to leave “months” blank when setting up service reminders. We need the ability to set reminders to miles / months / or both. Also, services are only grouped by service (oddly enough, Repairs are not grouped like this). We need the option to turn this forces grouping off, and additional sorting options would be great. Overall I’m happy with this app - it does what I need, it’s fast, and it has multiple import / export / backup options. Looking forward to an interface overhaul, and some more flexibility with the above mentioned features.
Unfortunate replacement

I used another app but it was not compatible with the newer IOS versions so I had to find another. The previous app kept track of fuel, services, repairs, and trips. What I enter in the app on my iPhone does not transfer to my iPad so I have to do two entries if I want to keep both reports current. It keeps reminding me every time I open it that my cars need attention even though The service was recently performed. I miss the trip tracker, too! However, I tried several other apps before settling for this one.

The basic program is great BUT export and printing is very sketchy. If you want to charge for something it would be a spreadsheet setup for exporting the monitor directly into it. Once there printing reports. The ability in fuel Monitor to add more categories to fuel, service, repairs, more. Aka work expenses or car show costs.

I purchased this app and was surprised to see that exporting data is a separate purchase. That seems a bit much for an already paying customer. If I purchase the app, I expect full functionality, not to be nickel and .99 cented for more money.

Overall I like this app. It is the best one I have used to date. Interface is a little clunky, I feel the structure could be refined. I'm not a fan of the speedometer on the home screen. I feel it uses up too much real estate that could be better served showing more information at a glance. I'd like to see distance traveled with the odometer reading in the fuel logs. I'd also like to see location tracking for fuel stops. Other than that, great little app.

Does everything I need to track my transportation activities. I commute 350 miles with two cars alternating weekly and I track fuel mileage, repairs and maintenance. The reminders are great and the app does all the calculations. Very easy to enter data, and you can create your own items to track easily. I have been using this for almost two years with no technical problems. I tried others also, and they lacked some of the details this one has. Great app!
