Games freezes and requires shut down frequently on iOS 13.2. As far as game play, I really don’t like that you can only buy random staff and you get staff you don’t want or need. You also can’t fire them or replace them. You end up needing staff for places you have but can’t because you’re stuck with staff you can’t assign to anything.

There’s a complete lack of instructions, no goal list, and really nothing that describes what I’m doing besides pictures. Different concept but applied terribly. I am holding out for an update but if one does not happen soon I will probably delete it… Considering I have no idea what to do…
Purchases didn’t get credited

I purchased 10k of gems and I got charged, but I didn’t get credit. I did it twice. There is no information on how to contact the developer and I need to get my $20 back!!! I clicked on app support and it says to contact any time, but gives no contact info! The game lags and shuts down every other minute!!! Also, I had 29 gems; they dropped down to 16, and now I have none and I haven’t used any!!!
It’s a ok game.

This game is really fun but I have a few suggestions I think would make the game even better First I think you should be able to build more pumps because most gas stations don’t have 5 pumps Second I think there should be more kinds of cars and buildings please take this in to a consideration next time you update. I have one question I spent 4 dollars trying to buy 160 gems and it did not credit me. But the third time it did,so I would like to ask if I can get my money back for the first two times I purchased and got nothing. Please Fix your game.
