There is something wOrng with the latest update. The process starts, then never completes. App icon is stuck showing a partial process indicator. The app can Not be deleted. App store shows app with the typical square inside a circle. Selecting it causes the app to be installed again, however it never finishes. iPad 3 with iOS 9.1 Help ???

App won't launch. Has generic install icon. But I was able to delete the app.

I didn't have any installation troubles like the other reviewers here. I've been using this app for quite a while and it's very helpful!
Just like a PC.

Works exactly for my needs. It might not have all the functionality of a PC, but it works great, once you get used to it!
