App freezes after completing level 16

I love this game but I've completed level 16 twice and the app has frozen both times, so I never get to level 17, I get 16 again. I'd like to get to the next level.

Loved it, but A LOT OF PROBLEMS

When you're waiting for jelly splash to update for more levels, this is the perfect alternative. HOWEVER... When I made an in-app purchase, (twice), it never loaded my coins, even though it said transaction completed. I tried resetting my phone even, but nothing. I wonder if it'll ever load, or if I'll even get a refund. Truly disappointed.
