I absolutely am in love with this game but now the new update makes it no longer work! Please fix this as soon as possible. If not I will be deleting this app within a week.

For folks having issues starting the game, you should reach out support (go to fruitpop2.com and go to support). They can restore your progress but you will need to delete and redownload the app.
How to get the game to work!

After the update I was having the same problems with the game not loading. Delete and re-download the game. If you connected to Facebook originally, your progress will still be there! I would have rated this a five star game, but the fact that I had to delete it and re-download it after the update in order to get it to work was ridiculous. Also I was lucky enough to have connected Facebook originally, otherwise I'm afraid all progress would have been lost.

I was charged twice for gem and never received any of the gems. I'm really upset and I followed all instructions to restore and still. Very disappointed.
